Are your units clean?

Our units are cleaned and sanitized after each use.

How long can I keep the party rentals?

We do not charge by the hour like most companies. We plan around your event. We guarantee setup at least an hour prior to your event starting and pickup when your event ends (at a reasonable hour).  However, waterslides are on a time limit basis.

Does your price include delivery and setup?

The price includes setup. However, the price listed does not include 7% sales tax and a delivery fee may apply depending on where you are located. There is a FREE delivery and setup for most cities located in South Fulton.

How do I reserve my party rentals?

Please give us a call at 770-964-3136 to place your order or complete the reservation form online and a representative will contact you. A non-refundable deposit is required in order to reserve the party rentals. Once the non-refundable deposit is paid along with signed rental agreement, the party rentals are reserved.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the date of your event. If you decide to cancel, you have 90 days to use the non-refundable deposit towards another party rental. The cancellation must be in writing or by phone. If you fail to cancel in writing or by phone, the deposit is forfeited and the deposit cannot be used as credit towards another party rental.

What is your weather policy?

A representative will contact you prior to delivering the equipment if the weather is questionable. If you will like to cancel due to the weather, you must contact us at least an hour prior to your scheduled delivery time. We reserve the right to cancel due to rain or high winds. There is no refund once we have setup the party rentals.

Is an attendant provided?

We do not provide attendants. Once the equipment is setup, we will go over the operation of the equipment and safety rules.

Can I have my event at a park?

Yes. Some parks require that you have reservations in order to have a bouncer at the park. Contact the park district for requirements. Also check to see if electricity will be available, if not we can arrange for a generator for an additional charge. We will also need to know the time that you plan on ending your party so that we can arrange to pick up the inflatable immediately after. This assures that you don’t need to worry about it after you have left.

What are the bounce house rules?

  • Adult supervision is required at all times.
  • No shoes, eyeglasses, food, gum, candy, or drinks
  • No climbing on the walls or netting.
  • No flipping, somersaults, wrestling, or fighting.
  • Allow only the same size kids to bounce at a time

How much room do I need to set up a bouncer?

You should have a clear area that has a minimum 15'x15' with a vertical clearance of 15'-22'. When you call to reserve your bouncer, we will let you know the dimensions for the particular bouncer you will be renting. The surface on which we set up the inflatable must be flat (no more than 8 inches of slope over a distance of 15 feet) and clear of any sharp objects, such as sticks and rocks, as well as pet droppings. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead. Driveways (or streets for block parties) are fine, just be sure to let us know ahead of time so we bring sand bags instead of stakes to secure the inflatable.

What kind of power is required?

You are expected to supply an electrical outlet. Our bouncers plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply a 100 foot cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Be sure to test outdoor outlets as they are likely to go bad, and if you don't use them often, you may not be aware that they don't work until time for setup! Plug a hair dryer into the outlet and let it run on high for a few minutes to test. Placement of the bouncer should be no more than 100ft from that outlet. If you would like to set up a bounce house at a park or place without an electrical outlet within 100ft, let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an additional charge.

Are You Insured?

We are licensed and insured. Be careful who you choose to supply your event, for there are a lot of companies out there that are not insured. Bargain Bouncin Party Rentals carry a full Liability policy. This makes us one the few companies out there that are allowed to set-up on County property, such as schools and other public functions.

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept cash (exact change), credit/debit (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) and checks only from organizations (NO Personal Checks).

Do you allow pickups?

At this time we do not allow customer pickups for any of our equipment. We deliver and setup the equipment at your location.
