When should I make a reservation?

Please make your reservations as soon as possible. All of our equipment are very popular and often booked weeks and even months in advance. The sooner you call, the more likely you are to be able to obtain the item you want.


Is a deposit required?
In most cases, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of placing the reservation. If you reserve within 7 days of your event date, full payment is required. An email will be sent to make payment online and to electronically sign the rental agreement. 

Which form of payment is accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, cash or a company check. We do not accept personal checks. If you are paying with cash, please have the correct amount.  For our driver’s safety, they do not carry change. Any outstanding balance, not paid in advance, will be collected by a Bargain Bouncin Party Rentals Representative prior to set up of any equipment.

What is your cancellation policy?

If the Lessee decides to cancel, the Lessee has 90 days to use the non-refundable deposit/balance towards another party rental within 90 days from the scheduled event date. The cancellation must be in writing or by phone. If the Lessee fails to cancel in writing or by phone, the deposit/balance is forfeited and the deposit/balance cannot be used as credit towards another party rental.


 What is your weather policy?
Safety is our #1 concern.  Bargain Bouncin Party Rentals, LLC reserves the right to refuse setup and early removal at any event that has the potential to cause damage to its equipment and/or event attendees. Cancellations by the Lessee due to weather must be made the day before the event. 

Can I make changes to my reservation?

If the Lessee decides to make changes to the party rentals agreed upon, the Lessee must contact the Lessor 7 days prior to the event date. If the Lessee fails to contact the Lessor 7 days prior to the event date, the Lessee is unable to make changes.

What type of ground surfaces can you set-up on?

If possible, all inflatables and tents should be staked in the ground for safety.  If staking is not possible, weights/water barrels will be required in lieu of stakes.  Bargain Bouncin Party Rentals, LLC is not responsible for damage to underground cabling and/or utilities including irrigation systems.  For information regarding utility locates – dial 811.

Do you charge tax?
In accordance with state/local laws, we charge 7.75% sales tax on all rentals.

Do you have insurance?

Bargain Bouncin Party Rentals, LLC is licensed and insured. If you will like to be added as an additional named insured onto our policy, you must advise us within 7 days of your event and pay an additional $100 for the insurance. Once we receive payment for the insurance, a certificate of insurance will be emailed within 48 hours.

Can you set up in a park or other public location?
The customer is responsible for obtaining proper permission and/or permits for equipment rented and placed in parks or other public locations.  

Can the inflatables be set-up indoors?
Yes, our units can be set up inside or outside. You will need to have enough ceiling height (about 18’-20’) to accommodate most inflatables although we have some shorter units. The inflatables must not be set up too near hot lights, fire prevention equipment, air conditioning vents, or any fire hazards.  Many gymnasiums, halls, churches, malls, or locations with sufficient height will do just fine.  

What should I do if I lose power or have another problem?
Contact the office or delivery driver immediately at 770-964-3136 with any concerns regarding personnel or equipment.  In case of a real emergency, dial 911.
Interrupted power is the primary source of inflatable failures. Should the blowers provided to you stop working, check the circuit breaker to see if it has tripped or check the generator to make sure it has gas. If the circuit breaker has tripped, try to identify and isolate any other equipment from the circuit before resetting the breaker. We advise to have gas on hand for the generator.

How much electricity do I need?
Our inflatable games are inflated using a fully enclosed electric blower unit that is powered by a standard 110 volt, 20 AMP, three-prong electrical outlet.  Each blower draws roughly 9-10 Amps (1,000 -1,100w) and some larger units use multiple blowers. Electricity is needed within 100 feet of the inflatable. These motors run constantly to keep the unit inflated so constant ample power will be required.

Concession equipment should not be placed on the same power source.   The units are powered by a standard 110 volt, 20 AMP, three-prong electrical outlet. Each machine requires between 7-11 Amps (900-1,300w).
Generators that are supplied by Bargain Bouncin Party Rentals, LLC may only be used to power Bargain Bouncin Party Rentals equipment.  A generator may be used to power the units if sufficient outlets/power is not available.
