When should I make a reservation?
Please make your reservations as soon as possible. All of our equipment are very popular and often booked weeks and even months in advance. The sooner you call, the more likely you are to be able to obtain the item you want.
Is a deposit required?
In most cases, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of placing the reservation. If you reserve within 7 days of your event date and/or your reservation is under $300 or your event is held in the month of May or on major holidays or holiday weekends, full payment is required. An email will be sent to make payment online and to electronically sign the rental agreement.
Which form of payment is accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, cash or a company check. A 3% merchant fee will be applied to all reservations $1000 or over. We do not accept personal checks. If you are paying with cash, please have the correct amount. For our driver’s safety, they do not carry change. Any outstanding balance, not paid in advance, will be collected by a Bargain Bouncin Party Rentals Representative prior to set up of any equipment.
What is your cancellation policy?
If the Lessee decides to cancel, the Lessee has 90 days from the original scheduled event date to use the non-refundable deposit/balance towards another party rental based on availability. The cancellation must be in writing or by phone. If the Lessee fails to cancel in writing or by phone, the deposit/balance is forfeited and the deposit/balance cannot be used as credit towards another party rental.
What is your weather policy?
Safety is our #1 concern. Bargain Bouncin Party Rentals, LLC reserves the right to refuse setup and early removal at any event that has the potential to cause damage to its equipment and/or event attendees. Cancellations by the Lessee due to weather must be made the day before the event.
Can I make changes to my reservation?
If the Lessee decides to make changes to the party rentals agreed upon, the Lessee must contact the Lessor 7 days prior to the event date. If the Lessee fails to contact the Lessor 7 days prior to the event date, the Lessee is unable to make changes. Lessee is responsible for measuring the space for the tent prior to reservation. If the tent doesn't fit upon delivery, there are no refunds.
What type of ground surfaces can you set-up on?
If possible, all inflatables and tents should be staked in the ground for safety. If staking is not possible, weights/water barrels will be required in lieu of stakes. Bargain Bouncin Party Rentals, LLC is not responsible for damage to underground cabling and/or utilities including irrigation systems. For information regarding utility locates – dial 811.
Do you charge tax?
In accordance with state/local laws, we charge 7.75% sales tax on all rentals.
Do you have insurance?
Bargain Bouncin Party Rentals, LLC is licensed and insured. If you will like to be added as an additional named insured onto our policy, you must advise us within 7 days of your event and pay an additional $100 for the insurance. Once we receive payment for the insurance, a certificate of insurance will be emailed within 48 hours.
Can you set up in a park or other public location?
We do not setup at parks.
What should I do if I have a problem with the equipment?
Contact the office or delivery driver immediately at 404-492-4487 or 770-964-3136 with any concerns regarding personnel or equipment. In case of a real emergency, dial 911.
